Snellman acted as legal advisor to VTC Beteiligungen GmbH and Baettr Holding GmbH, part of Baettr, a supplier of cast components and related services to the wind industry, in connection with the sale of 100 per cent of the shares in Baettr Guldsmedshyttan AB to Nordic Industries Holding AB.
