Snellman is proud to be only law firm in Sweden to offer the Law Student Trainee programme (LSTP), an exclusive opportunity to gain hands-on experience as a business lawyer before graduation. During this four-month, full time traineeship, you will work within one of our business area groups. As an integral part of the team, you will be involved in projects from start to finish, allowing you to handling a variety of assignments and gaining deep insight into our client work.

As a Law Student Trainee, you get the opportunity to take part in our internal education programme, Snellman Academy, which is designed to give you important tools in your professional and personal development. You will also be assigned a mentor, who introduces you to your assignments and gives you practical guidance and support along the way.

Law Student Trainees usually start in September and February. You can apply for a position as Law Student Trainee from when completed your 5th semester at law school.
