Mathilde specialises in commercial dispute resolution, with extensive experience in both national and international arbitration as well as litigation. Her practice spans a wide range of industries and subject areas, including general commercial law, international sales, post-M&A disputes, international investment law, complex financial-sector matters, and IT. She regularly represents clients in high-value and complex disputes under both ad hoc and institutional rules (including ICC, SCC and FAI).

Mathilde’s experience also includes a secondment as Legal Counsel at the SCC Arbitration Institute, where she gained first-hand insight into institutional case management and procedural strategy. This institutional perspective complements her work as counsel and informs her practical, efficient, and solution-oriented approach to arbitral proceedings.

In addition to her practice, Mathilde is actively engaged in the Nordic and international arbitration community. She serves as a Member of the ICC Arbitration Committee (Sweden) and is a Board Member of Young Arbitrators Sweden (YAS), an organisation that has more than 700 members in Sweden and abroad. YAS organises several events each year in the Swedish arbitration community.
