The purchase price consists of a mix of cash and Azerion shares. SpectrumOne’s divestment was made in connection with Eniro and Azerion entering into a joint strategic collaboration and in parallel with a divestment of 10.1 percent of all shares and votes in Eniro Group AB by B.O. Tredje AP-fonden, Swedbank Robur Fonder, Öhman Fonder, and Weland AB were cornerstone investors in the offering and acquired shares for SEK 600 million in total. Based on the closing share price on the first day of trading, 3 December 2021, the market capitalisation of the company amounted to approximately SEK 5,417 million. Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial, and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB acted as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners.
