Our Competition, Procurement & Regulatory practice provide advice on the full spectrum of transactional, behavioural and contentious issues relating to Swedish and EU competition law, regulatory law, procurement law and general EU law.

Our team members have diverse backgrounds from in-house legal roles, enforcement authorities and courts and possess a wealth of experience in handling the most complex matters before competition authorities and courts.

Competition remains the core of the practice and we assist our clients in relation to merger control matters, abuse of dominant market position, distribution systems and cartel investigations.

Our regulatory practice boosts extensive experience of various industry sector regulation and we frequently advise clients on a broad range of matters before sector regulators and administrative courts e.g. in relation to energy, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications sectors.

Our practice also embraces foreign direct investments (“FDI”) and protective security which utilises our unrivalled expertise and experience from transactions, merger control, and regulatory review procedures before supervisory authorities. Our experience and expertise in matters ranging from healthcare to dual-use goods, as well as our understanding of the relevant authorities’ processes and case practice, enable us to provide timely and strategic advice, which is often decisive for the successful completion contemplated transactions. 

Within public procurement, we advise major private companies and contracting authorities in their most challenging projects. Our public procurement team advise on all phases of complex procurement projects and contracts, and the team has advised on some of Sweden’s largest procurements.
